Jimmy Tsai Chieh Min

Jimmy Tsai Chieh Min is an Operations and Business Development Manager with a background in Urban Planning and strong skills in coordination and project management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Urban Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, and began his career as a Project Manager in urban planning consultancy in Taiwan. In 2019, he moved to Singapore, where he broadened his experience in management support and business development. Since 2022, he has been involved in the lighting industry, and  joined Light Collab in November 2025. Jimmy looks forward to contributing his expertise and collaborative spirit to the team and the partners they work with.

蔡杰旻（Jimmy Tsai Chieh Min）は、都市計画のバックグラウンドを持ち、優れた調整力とプロジェクト管理能力を備えたオペレーションおよび事業開発マネージャーです。

台湾の国立成功大学で都市工学の修士号を取得後、台湾の都市計画コンサルティング会社でプロジェクトマネージャーとしてキャリアをスタートさせました。2019年にシンガポールへ移住し、管理支援および事業開発の経験をさらに広げました。2022年以降は照明業界に携わり、2025年11月にLight Collabに加入。ジミーは、自身の専門知識と協調性を活かし、チームおよびパートナー企業に貢献することを目指しています。

蔡杰旻（Jimmy Tsai Chieh Min）现任营运与业务发展经理，拥有都市规划背景，擅长协调与项目管理。

他毕业于台湾国立成功大学,持有都市工程硕士，职业生涯始于台湾都市规划顾问公司，担任项目经理。2019年移居新加坡，拓展管理支援与业务发展经验。自2022年起涉足照明产业，并于2025年11月加入 Light Collab，致力以专业与协作精神为团队及合作伙伴创造价值。
